- Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged for a different size, style, a store credit or a refund within 60 days from the date of purchase. If an item is returned for a refund, only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded.
- Shipping costs to send any non-damaged items back to The Unrefinery is the responsibility of the customer. The Unrefinery will be responsible for return shipping costs on defective merchandise only.
- Customers that order two of the same item in consecutive sizes and then send one back for refund may be charged a restocking fee of $5.00. Exact measurements of each shirt are available on every product page. Instead of double ordering, we ask you to please compare these measurements to a shirt of your own to make sure you are ordering the appropriate size.
- The Unrefinery will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. The Unrefinery is not responsible for bleeding or fading of colors due to washing. We recommend washing all shirts in cold water and hang drying to prevent discoloration and shrinkage.
